A very generous, welcoming, and professional person, as well as his wife. They take their time to explain how the bikes work, which are magnificent and very affordable. Regarding the warranty and invoice, there's really nothing to complain about; everything is done perfectly. The bike is marked in case of theft, so it's easy to find.
